Dr. Scott Martin received a B.S in Engineering from East Carolina University in May of 2008. He completed his master’s and PhD degrees at Auburn University where he currently works as an Assistant Professor. As Co-Director of the GPS and Vehicle Dynamics Laboratory, his research focuses on assured position, navigation, and timing for manned and unmanned systems. Dr. Martin’s specific interests are software receiver design for GNSS and signals of opportunity, vision navigation, and sensor fusion.

Justin Dauwels starts in January 2021 as Associate Professor at TU Delft. Prior to this, he was Associate Professor with the School of Electrical & Electronic Engineering at Nanyang Technological University (NTU), Singapore. He obtained a PhD degree in electrical engineering at the Swiss Polytechnical Institute of Technology (ETH) in Zurich in December 2005. Next, in 2006-2007 he was a postdoc at the RIKEN Brain Science Institute, Japan (Prof. Shun-ichi Amari and Prof. Andrzej Cichocki), and a research scientist during 2008-2010 in the Stochastic Systems Group (SSG)at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), led by Prof. Alan Willsky. He joined NTU in 2010. His research interests are in Bayesian statistics, iterative signal processing, computational neuroscience and perception error modeling for autonomous driving.

Bernd Kröper received the B. Sc. and M. Sc. degree in Mechanical Engineering at the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology, Germany in 2017, where he is currently pursuing the Ph. D. degree. His current research interests are in onboard localization of railway vehicles with a focus on using the ferromagnetic fingerprint of rails.

Enrique Domínguez works at GMV as a technical leader in the GNSS user and applications segment. He received a M.Sc. degree in Telecommunications Engineering in 2000 and a Master in Space Technologies in 2009, both from the Polytechnic University of Madrid. He joined GMV in 2000 working first on the development of EGNOS and Galileo and, since 2009, mainly focused on GNSS software receivers, multi-sensor fusion algorithms, integrity algorithms, localization systems for autonomous driving vehicles and 5G positioning.
